TSE is a 100% French, independent company founded in 2016 that specializes in the development and production of solar energy and operates across the entire value chain.
With 16 offices throughout France, its portfolio (operational and ready-to-build) supplies the equivalent of the electricity consumption of 260,000 residents.
As a leading player in agrivoltaics, TSE has developed a globally unique agrivoltaic solution featuring an agricultural canopy and a tracker-based shade structure system—a first in France.
Since 2022, TSE has raised 500 million euros to accelerate its growth and industrialization.
A B Corp™ certified company and a member of the French Tech 120 for the past two years, TSE is also a founding member of the Holosolis consortium, a gigafactory for the production of photovoltaic panels in Hambach, Moselle.

TSE develops and implements agrivoltaic and photovoltaic solutions, as well as competitive carbon-free electricity supply options for industrial companies and local authorities, notably through Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPAs).
TSE is built on a foundation of concrete evidence: an operational fleet and RTB equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 260,000 people, 1GWp built or under construction by 2027, 3GWp currently in development, and over 270 employees across 16 offices throughout France. With its 9 agrivoltaic power plants, TSE is the benchmark for agrivoltaics in France. TSE is a member of French Tech and is B Corp certified.TM.
