Revitalization of industrial wastelands

TSE is participating in the green reindustrialization of the country while satisfying the philosophy of zero net artificialization of our land. Our projects fit perfectly into low-carbon industrial trajectories.

We develop territorial projects by federating the energy of stakeholders in order to deliver projects that are rich in meaning, providing for socio-economic redevelopment of land in the greatest respect for the environment.

In partnership with other major players in renewable energy, we are developing multi-energy projects, which can combine, for example:

  • The production of green hydrogen
  • On-site storage using lithium batteries or green hydrogen
  • Setting up a service station for high-emission transport using green hydrogen or light electric vehicles
  • The production of bio-methanol
  • The addition of other conventional industries

The joint project between Lhyfe and TSE for the Fonderies d'Ingrandes site is particularly ambitious. It consists first of dismantling the existing infrastructures and depolluting the site to comply with the industrialization process through the Green Fund (Font vert) subsidy and then building the foundations of a genuine ecological industrial park where companies will work in synergy.
