Last June, TSE joined the community of companies certified as a Great Place to Work® France 2022. The certification is valid for one year and is awarded to companies with an excellent quality of life in the workplace.
The Recognition Programme of Great Place to Work® is the highest level of recognition of a company’s quality of work environment.
As a global leader in employee experience, Great Place to Work® has surveyed over 100 million employees in 60 countries around the world since 1992 and in France since 2002. The programme uses a unique methodology to determine what defines a high-quality employee experience.
In France, two labels are awarded as part of the programme:
- The “Great Place to Work®” Certification, awarded monthly to companies which have obtained the label.
- The “Best Workplace” label, a list ranking companies by their workplace environments, published each year in March.
Following a survey conducted with all of its employees, TSE was awarded the first label in the programme.
