TSE, a leader in agrivoltaics in France, will be present at the International Agricultural Show on 27, 28 February and 29 February. This participation reflects TSE's ongoing commitment to farmers, supporting them in their transitions to enable them to make a better living from their agricultural activity.
Agrivoltaics, a winning synergy
In recent years, climate change has forced farmers to adapt and innovate in order to cope with periods of drought, heat waves and intense rainfall. To meet these new constraints, TSE offers innovative agrivoltaic solutions that combine photovoltaic production with agricultural activity, while ensuring a fixed and complementary income for farmers. Thanks to the dynamic shading generated by the photovoltaic shades, the plots are protected from water and thermal stress and climatic hazards. These solutions allow the total coactivity of green energy production and agricultural production for the primary benefit of the farm, i.e. better yields while producing carbon-free energy.
• Why is agrivoltaics a tool at the service of the agroecological transition?
• What are the benefits of agrivoltaics for crop productivity and animal welfare?
• How does agrivoltaics contribute to mitigating the effects of climate change?
• Is agrivoltaics an answer to strengthen our food sovereignty?
• How can the additional income generated by energy production represent an opportunity for farmers to ensure the sustainability of their farms?
The International Agricultural Show will be an opportunity for TSE to deepen with actors in the agricultural sector on the challenges related to the energy and agricultural transition.
